Hospitality has been cultivated at the Hirschen inn for more than 200 years. Ever since, people have been dining, drinking, and celebrating in its restaurant rooms, where you can enjoy rural quiet and tranquillity. The inn is part of an ensemble also including a stable, barn, threshing floor, and two other residential buildings. Today, the buildings are listed, of high historical value and fit well into the protected townscape of Stammheim.

In 2015-2017, the ensemble was extensively renovated and expanded. Six modern hotel rooms, a theatre stage, a seminar room, and horse stalls were created.
