Our Regional Cuisine

Jürgen Stöckel and his team cultivate a fresh and regional country cuisine. Whenever possible, seasonal products are purchased regionally and used so as to preserve the produce’s original, natural flavour. The highlight in spring are the famous green asparagus from the region, which are on the menu in the most diverse variations while, in autumn, wild boar and deer shot by the village hunters are served.
