Jürgen Stöckel, Chief of cuisine ist an expirienced cook and chef of cuisine. Most recently he was executive chef in the well known Hotel Kartause Ittingen.

Alexandra Schulz worked in various positions of the hotel industry at several hotels and restaurants.  Recently she also worked in the Hotel Kartause Ittingen.
