Manwar Shaikh is a dedicated and creative chef with over 18 years of international exprerience. His career has taken him from luxury resorts in the Middle east to leading kitchen positions in Switzerland, including seminar hotels, healthcare facilities and banqueting hotels.
Now he leads a motivated kitchen team and collaborates closely with the service and administration teams to ensure the highest quality for the guests.
